Obama proposes energy reforms to lessen our dependence on Saudi oil. Therefore, Obama is anti-Saudi, right?
What's with the right-wing propaganda to paint Obama as subserviant to the Saudis, like Bush was?
I don't get it, either.
Here are two Presidents: One bows to a Saudi King, and the other practically makes out with the Saudi King. The first President wants to reduce dependence on Saudi oil, the second comes from a family that is a longtime friend of the Saudis and that promoted increasing, not decreasing, consumption of Saudi oil.
And which President do the Republicans decide is subservient to the Saudis? The first one, not the second one.
It defies common sense.

It's called "desperation". They lost and they will grasp at any criticism they can, even if it is poorly formulated.

You are confused Obama is against domestic energy production. He is against drilling for our own oil, using our own coal and natural gas, against building new refineries and nuclear power plants. In the 20 to 30 years it will take to bring new sources of energy on line we will be slaves to the Saudi oil sheiks under Obamas' and the Democrats energy reform plan, wise up.
