While I love solar power (I have two blogs with solar content), I would suggest looking into wind power before you invest in solar power. In my area of the country (Boston) are wind blows......as in we do not get enough wind to warrant the investment. You can find some good deals on Amazon for starter/teaser wind and solar power solutions but I would suggest that you deal with a dealer that only sells solar/wind powered solutions. While the 4x15 watt panels at Amazon seem like a cheap solution they do not provide enough power.
