How often do we here the words “Energy Crisis” we’re heading for one?

So, is renewable energy the ideal solution? Some believe that it is the only solution.

As the world continues to chew up more and more of our non-renewable resources, it has become absolutely neccessary for us to persue more alternative energy producing resources.

We must all try to reduce our dependency on non-renewable resources. As the term says, non renewable means that eventually it disappears for good. Lost for ever.

Renewable energy resources are resources’ that are deemed to be non exhaustive. IE. will be around forever. The most readily available that come to mind are, the Sun, Solar Power. The Wind, Wind Energy and Bio-Fuel as from food crops.

Some people see Hydro energy as a renewable energy resource. Then there are some people who don’t agree with this view, especially as in some countries there are restrictions imposed on house holds to reduce house hold water consumption every year or face power cuts and paying for water consumption.

The Sun. Easily, the most abundant source of energy known to man, has been around Forever! At present Solar Power is being used most commonly to heat water, power cellular phone towers, and in some third world countries it, along with Wind energy are the only source of power available. So it is the power source for cooking, lighting, heating and anything else that runs on electricity.

The Wind. This resource has been around forever! Heard of Wind Mills? there are still some around doing what they have been doing for hundreds of years. The power of the Wind was used by our Ancestors to discover new Worlds in their Ships or Boats. It was used to pump water for irigation and to settlements.

Now days, you will see Wind Farms popping up in the hills to harness this incredible energy source. Wind Farms have been known to generate tonnes of Megawatts of electricity, enough to power a small City.

The truth is, our non-renewable resources are disappearing quickly. We each can start to make a difference by simply looking at Solar Power and Wind Energy as an alternative source of power. It’s good for the Earth and your pocket.

Make power at home with solar and wind energy to eliminate your power bill. Get our complete guide now. Renewable energy at home is the way of the future let’s all look at it now before it’s too late.
